[subtitle-meta] lang=en auto=True Welcome to NextGen Templates. Today, we are looking at the Shopify store dashboard in Google Sheets. This dashboard helps you track your Shopify store performance from revenue and orders to customer insights and product trends. Let's dive right in. Starting with the overview page, on the left you can see key metrics including total net revenue, total orders, average order value, total units sold, and total discounts. Moving to the right, we have a breakdown of revenue across product categories, order status distribution showing completed, processing, refunded, and pending orders, monthly revenue compared against orders over the year, and revenue split by sales channel. Now, let's move to the sales analysis page. Here we track the average discount rate, refund rate, new customer orders and return by visa versus and returning orders. You can see revenue broken down by shipping region, orders distributed across different payment methods, a comparison of new versus returning customer revenue by region, and an overall look at how revenue and orders compare between new and returning customers. Next up, we have the products page. At the top, you can see the top category, top product, and average unit price. This page shows revenue versus units sold across product categories, the top 10 products ranked by revenue, a scatter view of unit price compared to quantity, and the fulfillment status breakdown showing fulfilled, unfulfilled, and partially fulfilled or returned orders. If we head over to the customers page, you will find unique customers, new customer percentage, returning percentage, and average revenue per customer. The visuals here show the split between new and returning customers, the monthly customer trend over time, revenue by region separated by customer type, and the top 10 customers ranked by revenue. The search page lets you quickly look up any order by its order ID. Once you select an order, you get the full details including customer name, product, pricing, payments, my payment method, order status, fulfillment, and sales channel. On the data sheet, this is where all your Shopify store data lives. You simply add your records in the same format and the entire dashboard updates automatically with your new data.
