In this video, we're going to learn how
to create response templates in
Replyesk. Response templates are an easy
way to reply to buyers using pre-filled
[music] messages that automatically
include customer and order details.
Let's start. Head to the easy channel
help desk. Scroll down to the settings
section and select templates. Inside the
templates tab, you can either build a
template from scratch or use a
ready-made one. For example, for the
question, can I return my item? Uh, we
already have a pre-made [music]
template. Let's customize it by adding a
product link. On the right side of the
popup, you'll find a list of dynamic
fields that pull data automatically from
each conversation. [music] Let's select
the dynamic field item link. Once you're
done editing, click save and go back to
your help desk. Now, [music]

to search and insert a template. As you
can see, it's automatically filled with
the buyer's data and the item link. You
can also access templates using the
templates button just below the compose
