Setting up customer support chat in
Shopify. So hello everyone. So in

your Shopify store. So without further

all recommended apps. Go to the Shopify
app store and then after that what you
want to do is to just search up for
Tidio. And then once you're here just
click on Tidio live chat and AI chatbots
and then just install this app. And then
after that, what you want to do now is
to just create an account. So just input
your email and password right here. And
then after that, just wait for this to
load and then it will start loading. And
then after that, it will just ask you a
couple of questions for the setup like
your name. I'll just name this I'll just
name this bot. Which department do you
work in? Customer support. Which tools
or channels do you currently use to
connect your customers with? I'm just
getting started. Click on next. What is
your primary business model? E-commerce.
Industry industry type let's say fashion
how many customers or customer
conversions I don't know just click on
next how many visit visitors attract
each month I don't know platform Shopify
customer support agents let's say just
me click on next main goal offer live
support how would you like to interact
with your customers website via live
chat and then let's go and then from
here you can now start setting up your
chat add support. So we've done the
first setup which is installing Tidio
and after that next one is to show your
widget to your visitors. So just click
on complete tidio setup right here says
right here visit your website. So just
click on go to your website right there
and then after that as you can see in
the bottom right corner over here that
the chatbot is now here. So there you go
installation is now completed. Moving on
in the right side over here, you'll get
to see all of the inboxes or the
messages sent to you by the people that
are using or sending tickets or sending
messages from your website. So from here
you can now start chatting with them. So
what you can do is you can also simulate
a conversation to check out on how it
works. So I'll just click on this chat
with us and then let's start off just by
typing hello and then it will ask you to
enter an email. So just enter your
email.
There you go. And then when I go back to
the Tidio chatbot right here, as you can
see, there's a notification. And as you
can see over there, we can now see the
message sent by the people from the
website. Next, what you can also do is
to set up a chat bot, which is Lyro AI.
So you can set up Lyro AI right here. So
just click on setup LRO and then from
here, what you can do is to input your
your website URL right there. so that
the knowledge or or all the data from
your website will now be integrated into
the library chatbot. So I'll just do
that. I'll just copy my website link. Go
back to tidio paste the website and then
just import knowledge and then there you
go. Next is you can test the chatbot but
before testing the chatbot you need to
add data sources right here. So you can
add one just by clicking on add right
there. Then again you can either import
knowledge from your website or you can
also add manual questions. Let's say
your question is where do you guys ship
something like that and then let's just
put USA as a sample answer. Save and
close. And then there you go. And then
from here we can now test Lyro. And then
after that let's try to ask this
question right here. And and then there
you go. So it will answer the question
for you. And then that's pretty much it.
