[subtitle-meta] lang=en auto=True In this video, I'll show you how to track high value customers in Shopify. First, log to your Shopify dashboard. Then, head to the Shopify app store and look for Nodesk CRM and automation by Launch Tip. Make sure to install this and open it up. Once it is opened, it should open a new tab and you should find yourself here. So using node disk you can track high value or maybe some VIP customers by organizing example the customer records notes tasks projects and follow-ups. It will help you manage repeat buyers who will sell customers and big spenders and also VIP support. So first of all make sure to go here and click on customer stack right here. This is where all your customers records are managed. You can import your customers from Shopify by clicking on import from Shopify. You can import all customers, import them by tag or import by using some advanced filters like example country filter, a tag filter or order count filter. Plus, you select all your settings. You can just go and click on preview count and you'll be able to see how many customers you will be importing. Click on start import and you'll be able to import your customer that you want from Shopify. You can import only the VIP or high value customers if you want to to start tracking them. So if you imported all of your customers or you already have all the customers here in Nodeisk, you would like to identify the high value customers. Look for customers with some large orders with frequency purchases with wholesale requests and VIP support needs. For me, I do have only this customer that say I give it or I have for the VIP tag. So, normally from here you can track this customer. You can example add some note to this customer. Add some tasks or follow-ups like a follow-up delivery. Maybe offer maybe like a discount code. So create a task like enable it to offer a discount or as example of user purchase. Add all the content or the attachments example assign it to a specific person. Choose this customer that we would like to offer that example nor is it important or not. It's a due dates today or a specific date. Just edit all the things that you want and click on task. And that's one of the things that you can do as example while tracking your high value customers in gear in disk or as an example wholesale clients or in clients. You can use projects to create an example some customer specific projects like a wholesale partnership or maybe a VIP customer management. It will help you organize multiple tasks and notes together. And if you want to just keep an eye on everything, if you click here on dashboard, normally you should be able to see everything that you may want to know like recent tasks, active tasks, overdue, important, completed, like some quick actions here, overview right here. And also here you have an AI help that you can ask anything about your tasks, customer projects like example ask about your VIP customer like what is the order count my VIP customer or whatever you want you can ask whatever you want in here. You can ask example to show the over to overdue tasks create a new project a task for next Wednesday. You have many options to do. Just click on that option and they will help or this small AI will help you do that. So that should be it for me in this video. Thank you for watching and goodbye.
